He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Wesley Bernhardt (Lori Wirch) of Pleasant Prairie, WI and Wendy Bernhardt of Oak Creek, WI; his granddaughters, Courtney Kenyon (Cameron) of Jupiter Farms, FL, Lindsey Doherty (William) of Kenosha, WI and Holly Regalado (Daniel) of Madison, WI; his great grandchildren, William Doherty (Lil Bill), Samuel Doherty and Miller Jude Kenyon; his brother Tom; his siblings-in-law, Lois and Charles Myers; his close friends, Bettie, Otto, Sue and Donnie; his pet Hunter; his in-laws, George and Marjorie Myers; his brother Rudy Jr. (Butch); his sister-in-law Glori Bernhardt; and his pets, Fuji, Weaver, Katie, Brook and Kitkat. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
He enjoyed winter trips to South Carolina until the pandemic chased him home, trips to Vegas with his wife and daughter, and feasting on all you could eat crab legs at the local casino.
