He is survived by: his wife Irene; his children, Richard (Robin), Douglas, Kurt (Janelle), Carolyn and Christi Ellis; his grandchildren, Ryan, Jenna, Kevin, Andrea, Lauren, Mason and Caitlin; and his parents-in-law, Joyce, Jerry Gawronski, Robert Steele and Thomas Steele (Karen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
