He was predeceased by: his parents, George Harvey and Elizabeth Harvey; and his wife Barbara Ann Johnson. He is survived by: his son Kevin Harvey (Deborah); his granddaughter Courtney Harvey (Jacob Kuhlman); his siblings, Karen James (Greg) and James Harvey; and his sister-in-law Karen Heup (Ronald). He is also survived by 5 nephews and 2 nieces.
