She was predeceased by: her father Dale Mrotek; and her siblings, Cheryl Mallak, Kenneth and Kerry Mrotek. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Mrotek; her siblings, Jean Engel (Rick) and Brian Mrotek (Brenda); and her brother-in-law Bill Mallak.
