He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Wayne and Nellie Wayne (Ward); his father-in-law Walter Smith; his son Butch Wayne; and his siblings, Alfred, Earl, Bernard Wayne, Elizabeth Glassmaker, Esther Zimple, Margaret Seeley, Genevia Thingvold, Loretta Schulka, Elmyra Smith, Mable Dodge and Marlene Wetter.
He is survived by: his wife Maxine Wayne of Woodman; his son Doug Wayne (Fonetta) of Woodman; his grandchildren, Justin Wayne (Jodie), Austen Wayne (Carrie) of Woodman, Cody Wayne (Erin), Kyle Wayne (Leticia) of Boscobel and Ashleigh Wayne of Conover, WI; and his mother-in-law Juanita Smith of Boscobel. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
