He was predeceased by: his parents, Theron Clyde and Lillian Agnes Harwood (Ward); his nephew James Harwood Jr. (Jim); his great-nephew Alexavier Cochran; his sister Nancy; his brothers-in-law, Herb Larson and Steve Zinck; and also Charlie Loomis.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Zinck; his children, Jason Harwood (Madison), Rebecca Harwood (Oshkosh), Susan Maki (Ripon) and Elizabeth Harwood (Brandon); his grandchildren, Jeran Baetz and Braxton Maki; his siblings, Jim Harwood (Judy) of Tennessee, Larry Harwood (Carolyn), La Porte Ia, John Harwood (Vicky), Arbor Vitae Wi and Kenny Harwood (Keith) of Boscobel Mary; and also, Larry Zinck (Sherrie), Gary Zinck, Lori Zinck, H. James Zinck, Norm and Donna Ashmore.
