He was predeceased by: his parents, Heinrich "Henry" Gebhard and Bertha Gebhard (Freymiller); his brother-in-law Wayne Rider (Maggie Peterson); his wife LaVonne Rider; his brother Gerald Gebhard; and his siblings-in-law, SuZanne Gebhard, Leo Nockerts, Charles "Chub" Maly, Darlene Gebhard, Lawrence Rider (Ellen), Melvin Schmelz, Jerome Rider (Marion), Leona Stagman (Herald), Loretta Waltz (John), Bernard Wall, Minnie Rider and Rick Rider (Nancy McCullick).
He is survived by: his children, Greg Gebhard (Kathy Leffler) of Woodman, Gary Gebhard (Cathy Stimpson) of Woodman and Reta Gebhard (Fred Mayne); his grandchildren, Jeremiah Gottschall, Micah Gottschall (Krisa), Juli Gottschall, Jeni Shinde (Vijay), Ashlea Gebhard (Sam Post) and Alex Gebhard; his great grandchildren, Jordan, Jeremiah Jr., Sierra Gottschall, Voneta Gottschall, Aryana and Sophia Shinde; his siblings, Naomi Nockerts-Maly, Ernest "Armine" Gebhard (Donna) and Duane Gebhard (Pam Kuntz); and his sisters-in-law, Helen Schmelz and Maxine Wall.
