He was predeceased by: his father James Teschendorf. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Teschendorf of Waukesha; his daughters, Nancy Barbee and Liesl Rose of Colorado; his siblings, Steven Teschendorf (Christine) of Casper and Martha Waerzeggers (Nathan) of McFarland; and his nieces, Molly, Alexis and Sophia. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated to Matt's family for education funds to be set up for his daughters, Nancy and Liesl.
