She was predeceased by: her parents, Elam Howell and Bernice Howell (Milliken); and her brothers, Eddie Howell, Larry Howell, Bennie Howell and H. Dean Howell.

She is survived by: her husband Wayne; her daughter Fern Neisius (Paul); and her grandsons, Luke, Noah, Devin, Moses, Solomon, Job, Judah, Gideon, Phinehas, Enoch, Abel and Shamgar. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and friends.
