He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Degner and Agnes Degner (Rott); his wife Alice Williams (Braund); his parents-in-law, Chester and Wilma Braund (Erickson); his siblings, Melvin Degner and Arlene; his siblings-in-law, Dennis Holloway and Heidi Degner (Reinhardt); his niece Debra Holloway; his stepson-in-law Gary Rabine; and his stepgrandchildren, Brian Williams, Lance Williams and Billie Potter.
He is survived by: his siblings, Herman Degner, Lester Degner (Lorraine), Irene Morse (Wayne), Mary Degner, Elsie Holloway and Wilbert Degner (Judy); and his stepchildren, Judy Rabine, Jean Mislevecheck (Don), Joyce Paulson (Roger) and Dennis Williams (Terri). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren; 13 nieces and nephews and 31 great nieces and nephews.
