He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Boldon and Anna Boldon (Malphy); his sons, Bill, Timmy and Jimmy; and his brother Clifford Boldon.

He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Boldon of Wonewoc; his children, Allan Boldon of Reedsburg, Teresa Boldon of Wonewoc, Patrick Boldon of Wonewoc, Pam Berry of Reedsburg and Margaret Ratner (Rich) of St. Louis, MO; his daughter-in-law Dawn Boldon (Tim Jandt) of De Forest, WI; his grandchildren, Tasha Monica (Nick), Brogan Boldon, Amanda McCluskey (Cody), Ashley Berry (James Blandin), Jessica Brockman (Tony Foss) and Will Boldon; his great grandchildren, Bria, Sophie, Hailey, Merrick and Vylette; and his siblings, Edward Boldon (Alice) and Caroline Boldon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

“I am so sorry for your loss. Bill was always very good to me. I remember all the times we were at your homes in Union Center and Wonewoc, being rowdy kids as we always were, and how Bill and Bonnie treated us just like their own children. I have some wonderful memories of those days, thanks to Bill and Bonnie. He will truly be missed, but now he is with Billy, Timmy and Jimmy, taking care of them until the day we get to see all of them again!! Rest easy Uncle Bill!!”
