He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Preuss and Evelyn Preuss (Berndt); his daughter-in-law Kathy; and his brother Wayne Preuss. He is survived by: his spouse Mary Schauer; his children, Russell C. Preuss (Kathryn) of La Valle, Mark Preuss of Wonewoc, Melody Preuss of Cazenovia, Misty Herritz (Pete) of La Valle and Mae Bauer (Don) of Cazenovia; and his sisters, Donna Biermeier and Marilyn Misleveck. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren; 9 Great Grandchildren.
