He is survived by: his wife Betty Laukant; and his children, Carolyn Madsen (Jim) of Wisconsin Dells, Ronald Burfeind of Wonewoc, Lois Wolf (Todd) of Waunakee, Connie Burfeind (Paul Gubseli) of West Salem, Vickie Sachtleben (Bruce) of Sun Prairie, Pam Burfeind of Wonewoc and Jean Burfeind of Verona. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
