He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Judd Sr. and Grace Judd (Champane); his wife Irene Ruth Berberich; his grandchildren, Lesa Holloway and Wade Satterlee; and his great grandchild Gracie Revels.
He is survived by: his daughter Mary Crenshaw (Hugh Crenshaw) of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Laurie Mikles, Cheri Bryant Steir, Jennifer Phillips Olnay and Connie Revels; his great grandchildren, Linda Satterlee (Donald Satterlee) of La Valle and Sharon Sosinsky (Michael Sosinsky) of Wonewoc; and his granddaughter Tina Sullivan.
