He is survived by: his friends, Huebschs and Roehlings; his wife Sherry; his children, Tammy Gruen (Scott), Melissa Thompson (Travis), Lincoln Thompson (Mechelle) and John Paul Thompson (Jessica); his grandchildren, Joshua (Victoria), Jacob, Jonah, James Gruen, Brett Stanek (Sandi), Allyson Hayes (Michael), Tyler Stanek (Emma), Gracie Stanek, Collinn, Trey Thompson, Kersey, Breckyn, Oaklin Thompson, Reegan and Trenna Brandt; his great grandchild Beau Stanek; and his siblings, Carmen Thompson, Michael Thompson (Susan), Lynn Thompson and Scott Thompson (Wendy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews along with other relatives and friends.
