He is survived by: his significant other Sharon Robinson King; his children, Cindy Bak (Eric Randall) of Baraboo, Jennifer Baker of Baraboo and Jeffrey Sampson (Michele) of Appleton; and his grandchildren, Chelsea Moore (Will) of Greer, SC, Cody Hinze (Jamie) of Oak Creek, Kailyn Bak (Travis Mitchell), Abigail Riechman of Clearwater, FL and Lindsy Sampson (Clifford Herrmann) of Madison. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
