He is survived by: his wife Doris Mae Biermeier (Olson); his children, Jodeen Meckstroth (Kurt) and Jason Biermeier; his siblings, Dorothy Doyle (Philip), Joan Sands (William), John Biermeier (Beverly) and Robert Nowatzski (Sharon); and his grandchildren, Vince Meckstroth (Betsey), Melissa Whitson (Stewart), Mark Meckstroth, Victor Meckstroth (Lauren), Max Meckstroth (Maura), Brooke Biermeier and Drew Biermeier.
