She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Gygax and Hazel Gygax (Dingledine); and her brothers, Larry and Carl Gygax. She is survived by: her husband Gary; her daughters, Samantha Machovec (Heath) of La Valle and Chastity Machovec (Jeff) of Reedsburg; her grandchildren, Owen, Aspen and Jackson Machovec; and her siblings, Howard Gygax (Chris) of Muskego and Phyllis Petri of New Berlin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, along with other relatives and friends.
