He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Hanson and Pearl Hanson (Sickler); his son Joseph; and his siblings, Donna Miller and Russel Hanson.
He is survived by: his wife Ramona Brunner; his sons, Steve Hanson (Jane) of Marathon City, Stuart Hanson (Lynne) of Eland and Eric Hanson (Kay) of Rockland, CA; his grandchildren, Jason, Nick, Angie, Brian, Jeremy, Nicole, Keegan, Carl, Evan and Megan; and his sister Sylvia Yount (Wallace) of Crystal Lake. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
