He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Soper and Bernadette Soper (Gauthier); his grandson Dustin Washburn Jr.; and his brother Kenneth. He is survived by: his children, Ruth Weso (Monroe), Rebecca DeHart (Brandyn), Robert Soper Jr. (Melissa) and Rachel Landowski; his stepchildren, Aaron Tuszkowski (Harmonie), Ashley Tuszkowski (Kyle) and Austin Tuszkowski (Summer); and his siblings, Billy Soper, Sheryl O'Malley (Al), Mary Jane Janhzou (Javiech), Charles Soper (Kathy) and Julie Holbrook. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren.
