It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grace Claudia Lamers (Wittenberg, Wisconsin), who passed away on August 7, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hug and Magdalena Hug (Hefter); her daughter Antoinette Fenno; and her siblings, Leonard (Madeline), Eugene (Lorraine), Werner (Marie), John (Virginia), Robert (Bernice), James, Francis, Dennis Hug, Melonia Becker (Everett), Hattie Guertner (Fred), Lorretta Strupp (Werner), Lucille Zimmel (Fred), Betty Hoerig (Harvey), Darlene Beistle (Melvin) and Bernadine Theusch (Lawrence).
She is survived by: her children, Lynne Hanson (Stuart), Wallace Lamers (Cindy) and Cheryl Lamers (Todd Stiede); her grandchildren, Jason Hanson (Rachel), Jeremy Hanson, Nicole Cotter (Justin), Jake Lamers (Jodi), Corrine Uptegrove (Julian) and Thomas Fenno; her great grandchildren, Logan, Grant, Chloe, Remus, Dustin, Brooklyn, Jackson, Maliya of Lacey, JJ, Grace and Daisy; and her brothers, Ronald Hug (Gladys) and Lawrence Hug (Joyce). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
