He is survived by: his parents, Ted Kowalski and Christine Kowalski (Czerwonka); his brother Wyatt; his grandparents, Maribeth Czerwonka, Paul and Mary Kowalski; his aunts and uncles, Ann Pagel (Jerry), Lisa O'Shasky (Mark), Maria Riebe (Karl), John Czerwonka (Lauri), Sandy Postl (Chris), Sherry Kowalski, Paul Kowalski Jr. and Norman Kowalski; his cousins, Zach, Makayla, Preston, Ben, Sam, Michelle, Kristin, Emily, Allyson, Carter, Nick, Tim, Dylan, Eric and Terrence; and his caregivers, Jami Wendler, Mattea, Charlotte Kowalski, Arely Ocampo, Lisa Schmidt, Rory Salveson, Cheyanne Domino, Leah Giddings and Sage Blum.
