He is survived by: his mother Luella Owen (Niebauer); his wife Carol Owen (Menge); his children, Stacy Owen-Wright, Brenda Ashenbrenner (James), Michael Hegewald and Bill Hegewald (Ashley); and his brother Kevin Owen. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren A Sister.
