Anna Katarina Smith Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 28, 2019, at the age of 80, Anna Katarina Smith (Wittenberg, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Steinhauer and Anna Steinhauer (Ray); her husband Ralph L. Smith; her siblings, Christian and Jean Beucler; and her brother-in-law John Butler.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Slater (Lee) of Birnamwood, Ralph Smith (LouAnn) of Wittenberg and Jennifer Cook (Daniel) of Wittenberg; her grandchildren, Brandon, Carly Slater, Nathan Smith (Montana), Megan Smith, Alexa and Seth Cook; her great grandchildren, Bennett, Ava Smith and Sophia Cook; her sister-in-law Karen Steinhauer of Mattoon; her siblings, Ann Arnold of Ohio, Bonnie McCormick of California and James Macklin (Amy) of California; and her siblings-in-law, Sandra Williams (Tom), Kathryn Smith, George Smith and Barbara Butler. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Anna's family suggests memorials in Anna's name be made to Saint Jude's Children's Hospital.
