He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Eichhorn and Ruth Eichhorn (Knuth); his parents-in-law, Keith and Carol Lewis; his brother-in-law James Dempze; and his niece Jessica Dupuis.
He is survived by: his son Shane Eichhorn of Wisconsin Rapids; his stepdaughter Devon Winegarden of Menasha; his granddaughter Justice Eichhorn of Wisconsin Rapids; and his siblings, Richard Eichhorn (Fran) of Searcy, Marlene "Susie" Dempze of Wisconsin Rapids, John Eichhorn (Georgia) of Englewood, James Eichhorn (Beverly) of Wisconsin Rapids, Ruth Arsta (Hartley) of Two Rivers, Jess Eichhorn (Diane) of Blaine, Dave Eichhorn (Jane) of Oshkosh, Ronald Eichhorn (Joan) of Green Bay, Julie Johnson (Marc) of Sturgeon Bay and Cynthia Hiles (James) of Port Edwards. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, a great-great niece and great-great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be designated to Marshfield Clinic Health System Foundation-Cardiology Research or St. Paul's Ev. Lutheran Church Wisconsin Rapids endowment fund.
