He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio CasaDeCalvo and Doris CasaDeCalvo (Gehrmann); his son Blake Anton Asmussen; and his brother Antonio Thomas CasaDeCalvo, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Catina Linn Asmussen of Wisconsin Rapids and Joseph "Joey" CasaDeCalvo of Boston, MA; his siblings, Mario CasaDeCalvo (Sue) of Purcellville, VA, Ricci CasaDeCalvo (Marlys) of St. Paul, MN and Doria Johnson (John) of St. Paul, MN; and his sister-in-law Barb CasaDeCalvo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, godchildren, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to the CasaDeCalvo family.
