She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kazmierczak and Rosalie Kazmierczak; her husband Mitcheal Policht; and her siblings, Ben, Ceil Slattery, Jean Peplinski and Johanna Nagorski.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Kowieski (Roger) and Debra Zurkowski (Albin); her grandchildren, Jeremy, Jeffery Zurkowski and Kimberly Fischer (Anthony); her great grandchildren, Madelynn, Alyssa and Josh Zurkowski; and her sister Elizabeth Hoffman of Hobbs.
