It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velma L. Henke of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 29, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Westover and Marian Westover (Schenk); her sister Darlene Maday; and her brothers-in-law, George Maday and Herbert Taplin.
She is survived by: her husband Robert A. Henke; her children, Ronald D. Henke (Helen), Gary Henke, Daniel Henke and Debbie Nelson (Dennis); her grandchildren, Allen Henke (Katie), Veronica Henke, Ian Nelson, Bryce Nelson, Josh Reinert, Alexia Henke, Marshall Henke and Desdani Henke; and her sisters, Karen Taplin and Kay Gradl (Paul). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
