He was predeceased by: his siblings, Earl Mann Jr., Cleo Mann and Everett Mann. He is survived by: his wife Luella M. Luth; his children, James Mann (Chris) of Rib Lake, Dennis Mann (DeEtt) of Wisconsin Rapids, Thomas Mann (Phyllis) of Wisconsin Rapids, Linda Dougherty of Wisconsin Rapids and Gerald Mann (Cheryll) of Lake Helen, Florida; and his brother Donald Mann (Delores) of Wisconsin Rapids. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren.
