It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas E. Ainsworth of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, born in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 16, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Ainsworth and Elsie Ainsworth (Manke); his granddaughter Zariah Ostrowski; his sister Barbara Johnson; and his brothers-in-law, Leo Kubisiak and Carl Johnson III.

He is survived by: his former wife Kathleen Gaetke; his children, Jennifer Intribus of Rosholt, Katie Storm (Edward) of Newton and Jeremy Ainsworth of Stevens Point; his grandchildren, Breanna Wright, Faith Intribus, Jonathon Intribus, Austin Storm, Kalin Storm, Remington Storm and Brooke Storm; and his sister Margaret Kubisiak of Wis.
