He is survived by: his wife Anna Nelson; his children, Judy Plischke (Roger), Thomas Cloutier Jr. (Jane), Lee Cloutier (Polly Holzem) and Tina Peterson (Terry); his grandchildren, Lisa, Christopher, Angela, Kent, Taylor, Lindsey and Adam; his stepgrandchildren, Jennifer and Stephen; his great grandchildren, Emily, Hannah, Ben, Lila and Lucy; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Skyler, Lexi, Hunter and Derrick; and his sister Lorraine Foley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
