She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Cawley and Lillian Cawley (Engel); her husband Robert Collins; her brother Elwyn Cawley; and her daughter Shirlene Hale.
She is survived by: her daughter Geri Banno (Joe) of Adams, WI; her stepchildren, Robert Collins (Nicole) of Cherry Valley, Robin Collins of Jacksonville, FL. and Rebecca D'Angelo (Robert) of Lake; and her sister-in-law Barbara Cawley. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials be made to St. Luke's Lutheran Church or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
