She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hoffmann and Esther Hoffmann (Good); her husband Joseph Mallek; and her siblings, Barbara Einerwold, Bill Hoffman and Jack Hoffman.
She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Hellmich (Scott); her stepchildren, Robert Mallek (Lisa), Lori Deitz (Daniel) and Brian Mallek (Sally); her stepgrandchildren, Ben (Hannah), Savannah, Sabina, Madeline, Kyle (Kayla), Nathan, Nicholas (Beth), Katy (Bobby), Beth (Calvin), Meghan (Jared), Morgan (Josh) and Dylan; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Charlotte, Isabel, Jack, Louis, Abe, Cyrus, Tucker, Shelby, Mia, Esmae and Echo; and her sister-in-law Helen Hoffman. She is also survived by her family and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church (750 10th Ave S, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54495). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
