He is survived by: his parents, Theresa Hamus and Timothy Gish; his children, Makayla, Madysen, Kaiden, Greysen and Clayton; his grandmother Diane Hamus; his great-grandparent June Hamus; his siblings, Heather Kawleski (Andrew), Michael Gish and Dylan Gish; his nephew Cooper; his girlfriend Hayley Faith; his aunt Melissa (Nick); his uncle Jamie (Cheryl); his cousins, Amara, Caileana and Jamie Jr.; his great-uncles, Lenny Hamus (Cindy), Richard Hamus (Julie) and Kenneth Hamus (Fiance); and his great-aunt Joanne Crowell (Brian).
