He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Woyak and Irene Woyak (Cychosz); his brother Robert Woyak; and his parents-in-law, Hilary and Florence Schmick.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda M. Schmick; his children, Cody Woyak (Andrea) and Julie Hafermann (Chad); his grandchildren, Leighton, Liam Hafermann and Kaitlin Gabler (Logan); his great grandchildren, Kayden, Colten, Carter, Landen and Nova; his brother James Woyak (Barbara); his sister-in-law LuAnn Woyak; and his parents-in-law, Lawrence Schmick (Barbara), Gerald Schmick, Michael Schmick (Sue), Randall Schmick (Letty), Karen Krall (Roger) and Sharen Repinski (Ken). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Roy's name to the Wisconsin Rapids Police Department.
