She was predeceased by: her husband James; her parents, Frank Kouba and Mary Kouba; her siblings, Bessie Kouba and Joe Kouba; her sister-in-law Lorraine Kouba; her siblings, Frank Kouba and Ella Petersen; her siblings-in-law, Jim Petersen, Donabelle Kouba, Irvin Hendricksen, Elsie Hendricksen, Robert Sutherland and Laura Sutherland; and her nieces and nephews, Mary Jo Peterson, Donald Kouba, Thomas Kouba and Debbie Hendricksen.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Hendricksen (Cleo), Thomas Hendricksen (Patricia) and Carol Jefferson (John); her grandchildren, Jeremy Hendricksen, Jill Cavanaugh (Andy) and Christopher Jefferson (Amber); her great grandchildren, Cody, Brayden Hendricksen, Ariana, Keegan Cavanaugh, Isabella and Jacob Jefferson; and her brother Emil Kouba. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
