It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rosalie Turbin of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 3, 2025, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Russo and Wilhelmina Russo (Cork); her husband Chester Turbin; her son Kevin; and her brothers, Raeford Russo and Cecil Russo.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marlene Turbin Weldon (Kent) of Bradenton, FL and Beverly Maakestad (Jon) of Excelsior, MN; her grandchildren, Benjamin Maakestad (Pajai) of Sioux Falls, SD and Maria Darna (R. Scott) of Bokeelia, FL; her great grandchildren, Hollie, Levi Maakestad, Lyla, Owen and Kora Cay Darna; her close friend Patti Kumm; and her nieces, Linda Russo-Lee and Karen Steiner.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (1517 24th St S, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
