He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Sweet and Ethel Sweet (Veeser); his son Michael Sweet; his siblings, Kenneth Sweet (Jean), Gerald Sweet (Lenore), Fred Sweet, Shirley Cline (Dick) and Pat Franz (Harry); and his brothers-in-law, Michael Rowland (Ruth), Jim Rowland (Madelyn) and Jerry Rowland.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Sweet; his children, Kari La Barge, Kyle Roger Sweet and Kris Moscinski (Jeff); his grandchildren, Jessica Sweet-Ledger, Misty Quick, Brandon Grubba, Robyn Grubba, Michael Moscinski and Elizabeth Moscinski; his brother George Sweet (Jan); and his sisters-in-law, Jeanie Sweet and Joanne Rowland. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Roger's name to Port Edwards United Methodist Church or Wisconsin Rapids Lions Club.
