He was predeceased by: his parent Joyce Kitsemble (Thurber); his stepfather Edward Kitsemble; and his brother-in-law David Hodgden. He is survived by: his siblings, Donald Lockman Jr., Sandra A Hodgden and Vicki Nowak (Darrell); and his close friend Brent Marti.
