He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Fields and Dorothy Fields; his stepfather Clifford Burgeson (Bud); and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Bart, Luke, Mandy and Bobbie Jo; his sister Barbara; and his grandchildren, Logan, Caleb, Jazmine and Jordan.
