It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert R. Derksen of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 11, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Derksen and Violet Derksen (Koehler); his siblings, Clarence, Richard and Lillian Den Hartigh; and his siblings-in-law, Jeanette Derksen, Judy Derksen, Marilynn Rasmussen (Tack), Janet Menge (Tack), Donald Den Hartigh, Jim Gelatt, Larry Tack, Dennis Rasmussen and Delmar Sletten.
He is survived by: his sons, Dain and Bob; his wife Carole Tack; his son Dean; his grandchild Dain (Eve) of Green Bay; and his sisters, Gretchen Gelatt of Waupun, Gladys Derksen of Milwaukee and Shirley Ross (Lee) of La Crosse. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
