He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Johnson and Charlotte Johnson (Lattin); his siblings, Cheryl, Richard, Randy Johnson and John Smith; and his book club buddy Stan.
He is survived by: his wife Juli Hess; his children, Becky Haupt (Nate) and Matt Fairfield (Candice); his brother Brian Smith (Beth); his grandchildren, Broden, Gracie, Lily and Sarah; his mother-in-law Marge Hess; and his siblings-in-law, Rob Hess (Jodi) and Sheri Johnson (Nancy Smith). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Ryders Roadhouse (9031 County Rd WW, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, October 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
