He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Teske and LaRayne Teske (Lukasavitz); and his stepfather Leonard Guth. He is survived by: his siblings, Alan Teske (Jill) of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Mary Kay Guth (Greg Landry) of Portland, OR and Sara Heggland (Erik) of Boise, ID; his uncles, Wayne Teske of Wisconsin Rapids, WI and Carl Teske of Sun Prairie, WI; and his aunt Audrey Klesmit of Scottsdale, AZ. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
