He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Cook and Edith Cook (Ellis). He is survived by: his wife Ellen Goddard; his children, Christopher Cook (Karen) of Rochester, MN and Mackenzie Schulz (Jonathan) of Kronenwetter, WI; his grandchildren, Caleb Cook, Carlie Cook, Cooper Schulz, Cullen Schulz and Cameron Schulz; and his sisters, Louise Miller (Ken) of Greenfield, WI, Dianne Panzer (Wes) of La Crosse, WI and Christine Cook (Mukhtar Gani) of Bayside, WI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Herman-Taylor Funeral Home (2201 Chestnut St, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wisconsin Rapids United Methodist Church (441 Garfield St, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494).
