We bid farewell to Richard Altman (Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 11, 2025 at the age of 96. Richard touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Altman and Kathryn Liebl Altman; his brothers, Raymond, Charles and Edgar; and his children, Shirley, Judy and Lisa.
He is survived by: his son Bruce Altman (Cindy); his son-in-law Larry Gruss; and his grandchildren, Angela, James (Ashley), Lisa, Benjamin (Kassandra) and Danielle (Alex). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, 2 great- great-grandsons and many step-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Herman-Taylor Funeral Home (2201 Chestnut St, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
