He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Moscicki and Clementine Moscicki (Brostowitz); his wife Ann Tennessen; and his sister Phyllis Haas (Raymond). He is survived by: his daughter Patrice Moscicki of Pewaukee; his siblings, John Moscicki (Linda) of Hartford, WI and Debra Marti (Daryl) of Wisconsin Rapids; and his close friend Fran Bailey-Gokey of Wisconsin Rapids. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
