He is survived by: his sons, Phillip Powell Jr. of Wisconsin Rapids and Joseph Powell (Missy) of Wisconsin Rapids; his grandchildren, Mason Powell of Wisconsin Rapids and Makayla Snedden of Oshkosh; and his siblings, Mary Kennedy (Sue) and CJ Powell.
