He was predeceased by: his mother Marjorie P. Van Alstine. He is survived by: his father Charles L. Alstine; and his siblings, Kurt Van Alstine, Kris Van Alstine, Debbie Fritz (Ken) and Linda Van Alstine. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and numerous other family members.
