He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Parmeter and Ila Parmeter (Olia); and his grandparents, Walter, Clara Parmeter, Oscar and Jessie Klumb.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Kester; his friends, Jerry Nichols and Jim Duchow; his children, Justin Parmeter, Laurie Tenpas, Landa Carroll (Steven) and Linda Sanger; his grandchildren, Nickolas, Benjamin, Lucas, Travis and Presten; and his sister Karen Romanski (Victor). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to a memorial which will be established at a later date.
