He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hoffmann; his children, Renee Kollock (Jim), Anita Apple (Tom), Jeanette Glaza (Kevin), Chris Hoffmann (Jennifer) and Tricia Thomas (Zach); his grandchildren, Devin Kollock (Ivy), Isaac Kollock, Trent Kollock, Charley Apple, Danika Apple, Zachary Linzmeier (Meghan), Kolt Linzmeier (Jessica), Autumn Bachinski (Alex), Chrysten Linzmeier, Jayden Glaza, Alex Hoffmann, Xavier Hoffmann, Isabella Thomas and Cullen Thomas; his stepgrandchildren, Rachel Glaza, Haylee Glaza, Erica Komorowski (Nick) and Kaylee Wirtz; his siblings, Gerald Hoffmann (Judy), Alfred Hoffmann (Brenda), Michael Hoffmann (Cindy), Brian Hoffmann (Pam) and Stephanie Paff (Jay); and his siblings-in-law, Pauline Berna, Allan Koback (Cathy), Kathy Redinger, Darlene Koback, Donna Gwidt (John) and Danny Koback. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
